How does the 30-day free trial work?
Start Free Trial creates your Dell's Software account and opens the books for 30 days. No credit card is asked for, and nothing is charged when the 30 days are up.
What happens to my books when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. If there's no plan after that, your records stay readable — only adding to them needs one.
Do I need Tindahan POS to use this?
No. The books stand on their own — you can enter everything by hand. If you do run Tindahan POS, its sales, utang payments and supplier deliveries post straight into your books instead.
Can I buy Tindahan POS on its own, without the books?
Yes. The shop counter is a separate product, from ₱299 a month on the Tindahan POS site: sales, inventory, utang and suppliers for one store. It keeps no books of its own.
How does yearly billing work?
A year costs ten months' worth, so you keep about two months. Yearly is shown here for comparison; there is no yearly checkout yet, so sign-ups start monthly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Everything you've recorded stays exactly where it is, whatever you move to.
How many people can use it?
As many as work there. Each person signs in with their own account and you set what they can see on the Permissions screen — there is no per-user charge.
Are these prices final, and do they include VAT?
Prices are in Philippine pesos and indicative pending launch. VAT treatment depends on your own registration, so ask us for a quote if you need it spelled out.
